We always aim to keep our customers satisfied. Our goal is for our products to bring happiness when they arrive at your home so that you’ll want to shop with us again.

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.


Cancellation or Change of Mind

In the case of exchanges or returns due to regret or change of mind, when the product is in perfect condition but does not meet the customer’s expectations, the customer has 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the product to request a return by contacting us by phone or email.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team by email.

  2. Send the product back via postal service, with shipping costs paid by the customer, to the sender’s address.

Important:
The product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused

  • With no signs of damage

  • With the seal intact, if applicable

  • Including all accessories


After the Product Is Received

Once the returned product is received and the above conditions are confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for the full amount paid, which can be used immediately or for a future purchase within 6 months.

  • Refund: Receive a refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive and then return it to the address provided by the company. The refund will be processed after the return is received.
